Terms of Service & End User License Agreement
The agreement between you and Diothas Systems, LLC covering use of Air Savvy, subscriptions, refunds and liability.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Diothas Systems, LLC ("Company"), operator of Air Savvy. By registering for or using the Service you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Service Description
Air Savvy monitors airfare prices for specific routes and notifies subscribers when prices change, on a subscription basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually. Fees may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel at any time through Account Settings. A full refund is issued automatically if you cancel within 7 days of your subscription start date. No refund is issued after 7 days. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
5. Accuracy of Information
Price data comes from third-party sources. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Price alerts are informational only. The Company is not responsible for financial losses based on price data provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Your information is processed per our Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard security to protect your personal data. Account passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never retained in readable form. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
8. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, or resell the Service without written permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and features are owned by or licensed to Diothas Systems, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
11. Governing Law
Governed by applicable U.S. law. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration per AAA rules.

Air Savvy is a price monitoring service. We do not sell airline tickets, issue tickets, or act as a travel agency. Bookings are completed directly with the airline or booking site of your choice, under their terms.
