Delete your account

Permanently remove your Air Savvy account, your trackers and their price history.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time. This page works without installing the app.

What gets deleted

• Your account — email address, name, username and phone number
• Every flight tracker you created
• All price history collected for those trackers
• Your notification settings and any registered devices
• Any password reset requests still outstanding

If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled automatically as part of deletion, so you will not be billed again.

What is kept, and for how long

Billing records are retained by us and by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are transaction records, not your trackers or browsing activity. Support emails you have sent us are kept for a reasonable period so we can handle any follow-up.

Everything else is removed immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone — there is no recovery window and no backup we can restore from.

Delete your account now

Enter your Air Savvy sign-in details. We ask for your password so that nobody else can delete your account.

Prefer to email us?

If you cannot sign in — you have lost the password, or the email address is no longer reachable — send a request to support@air-savvy.com from the address on the account, or tell us enough to identify it. We action deletion requests within one business day.

Deleting from inside the app

You can also delete from the app: open Settings, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account. The effect is identical to using this page.
